Forest-bathing: have you tried it? 🌳
When I first moved to Sweden, I loved taking trips out of the city to soak up the countryside and switch off for a couple of hours... especially at this time of year.
The name comes from Japan (🇯🇵 shinrin-yoku = forest bath) but taking time to connect with nature is very important in Sweden too - with about half the country covered in dense woodland, you really need a few forest baths to experience it! 🇸🇪
