A few years ago, I was asked to make a kladdkaka, a Swedish chocolate cake, for a party. Not a problem, I said, before I found out that this cake had to be vegan, gluten-free AND nut-free. After a huge amount of experimenting, I managed it: a rich, sticky, free-from-almost-everything cake! 🏆
Only for it to get eaten, at the party, by the dog (who was fine).
