Flash fried greens 🥬🥬🥬 with a salty tangy dressing 😋

Have you had any success growing your own veg this year? I certainly don't have green fingers 😅 but I do try. So it was a wonderful surprise to see these greens (Choy sum) pop up in my veg boxes. This dressing would work on any kind of greens - even steamed fish.

Large handful of greens
Splash of sunflower oil or other non tasting oil
Splash of black vinegar
Splash of soy sauce
Sprinkle of salt

1. Heat up the oil in a large frying pan. When the oil is hot, add the stalks of the greens.

2. Cover for several minutes before sprinkling on some salt and adding the leaves. Cover again for several minutes or until the leaves have wilted.

3. Put the greens into a bowl and splash some black vinegar and soy sauce. Toss together and eat immediately.
