Knowing where my ingredients come from gives me so much satisfaction.⁠

For The Little French Kitchen (my second cookbook) I travelled around France meeting producers, farmers, and cooks, to see where food was grown, raised, brewed, cured, or baked. Fantastique! 🇫🇷⁠

Right now, the farmer’s markets in Stockholm are full of seasonal fruit and veg, and it’s crayfish season in the lakes. I’m very grateful I don’t have to go out and forage for all my ingredients, but spending a day or two crayfish fishing is always a high point of the Swedish summer 🇸🇪⁠
