After I’d written two cookbooks exploring la cuisine française 🇫🇷 this one showed my true foodie colours.
I could finally include the eclectic range of places I’d visited, from Istanbul to Naples to Stockholm, as well as the vibrant food scene of my home town, London. And some of the international flavours of my childhood - thanks to my Malaysian dad and Austrian mum.
All these influences came together in this book 🍴 with over 100 recipes that tell a story of how I cook in my own kitchen.
