Do you ever have one of those moments where you wish you could sink into the ground? šŸ˜±ā

This one happened quite a few years ago, but after The Little Paris Kitchen TV show had aired, I felt I needed to do something a bit different. Iā€™d never worked in a Michelin starred restaurant, so I got in touch with Magnus Nilsson, who was the head chef at FƤviken at the time, and I flew to Sweden from London and rolled up my sleeves to get stuck in.ā

One night I absolutely ruined one of the appetisers, just completely faffed it up. Magnus looked at me in silence. Then he said: ā€œOK, next course, letā€™s move on.ā€ And we did.ā
