Kraut close up ๐
Here you can see why Iโve called it a rainbow kraut, Iโve tried to get as many colours in here as possible ๐
This kraut is loosely based on the Haitian pickliz (pick-lees) but with a bit less spice and vinegar to give more tang.
โจ Top tip: the longer you leave a pickle, the more mellow the flavours become overtime. So, if you want it less spicy, leave it in your fridge for a little longer!
