While I might not be at Olympic standards I love to embrace the pure fun of moving my body!

Every day, without fail. I use @fiit most days. If you're in Stockholm, you've got to check out @yogini_alvik. @yogini_jonna works wonders!
๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Weights:
There's nothing quite like lifting to feel strong and empowered. @seemystrong has lots of inspo.
๐ Challenge accepted:
I'm all for stepping out of my comfort zone, even if it means looking a bit silly (surfing). Recently dove into rocket yoga, dance cardio, and rebounding at @moveyourframe - an absolute blast! If only I lived closer to London!* Thanks to @moveyourframe for the trial pass๐
๐โโ๏ธ Get outdoors:
Cycling, skipping, or running - getting out and about is key. On average, I cover about 60km a week just doing school drop-offs! ๐ดโโ๏ธ
๐พ Find a buddy
Whether they have two legs or four, partnering with someone who motivates you can make all the difference when things get tough!
