Love the idea of adding seeds to smoothie!
I adore a good pineapple, mango and coconut is one of my faves
For me it’s a smooth & refreshing blend of banana, lemon, avocado, spinach and chai seeds. The ideal mix of creamy and zingy flavours for any time of day! Emma Thomas
My favourite smoothie at the time is very quick, very tasty and healthy, but it needs a good blender to make it smooth.
I usually don’t measure anything just put the ingredients in and add extra if needed, but here is an estimated receipt:
A grab of pepitas (0.5-0.75dl) Frozen strawberries (1-1.5 dl) A date (without pit) A pinch of bourbon vanilla powder 2.5 dl (?) of cold tap water (or oat milk for slightly a creamier version)
If fresh strawberries are used substitute some water/oat milk with ice.
Mix well and enjoy! It is so yummy and I have this or a version with raspberries/cacao, or mango several times a week. Pepitas can be switched out for natural cashews.
Strawberries, bananas, yoghurt. Yummy and satisfying.
My favourite tropical combo remains pineapple from Mauritius, ginger , mint, pinch of salt and sugarcane sugar..
My absolute fave is apple juice, banana, pear, kiwi and sorrel leaves. Green but not with the typical green additions. Super zingy and refreshing, like a lemonade but without the sugar. The pear and banana add the sweetness but without detracting from the kiwi sorrel combo
My favourite smoothie is strawberry and banana with a dash of milk! Classic but great!
My favorite combination is banana, blueberry and strawberries
My absolute favourite is the tropical combo of banana, mango and pineapple! Sometimes with a little yoghurt for creaminess.
I’m a sucker for a green smoothie or juice. I love apple, ginger and spinach with some raw cashews. YUM!
