French restaurants have their baguette bread baskets. The Italians have their long elegant grissini sticks but the Swedes have a wholesome crunchy seed cracker which is often served before the meal kicks off (not so wholesome when it comes with the generous dollop of butter).
There's really not much to making these crackers (one of the many reasons I love them so much). They are great for dinner parties especially when you're catering for guests with food allergies (they are vegan, gluten and nut free). I've found these an excellent snack especially when I'm filming TV shows where I'm tasting a lot of desserts. They're also great broken up and tossed onto a salad, yoghurt, porridge or a dessert.
